hello ppl, i received my PR card through asylum application, i am planning to travel to a third country, which is not the country from which i sought asylum. can i use my national passport to enter the third country, will that cause any issues on the border protection at my return ?

No you can't use your home country pasdpprt without riskong your status in Canada. You must apply and use and RTD. You will need to verify that the 3rd country accepts RTDs.

because of covid it is closed almost for 2 years. it is for health measures. do you think the wont let me out or it will cause a problem on return ? just wanna understand, or is there any office where it can be checked

Chapter 12 of the IRB handbook addressed issues on cessation of refugee protection. If you travelled to another country with your national passport, your case will be treated as reavailment and your status will be withdrawn. The best option is to use your RTD to travel to different country other than your country of birth. Please read the IRB handbook and link below for more information.

bro, For RTD, You should download and fill the application form and gather all documents, then mail all of them to IRCC.

For urgent RTD, you can send all documents by epost.
First you should, send a webform for urgent process, then IRCC send epost link for you and then you can upload and send all documents by epost.

Finally, IRCC send your RTD by mail.
