I have a bachelor's degree in English and Literary Studies but I have worked as an administrative officer for more than 3 years now. I applied for a diploma program in business administration at Holland College and I have been accepted. Please my question is: if I submit my application, will my visa be approved? Won't the Visa officer see it as a red flag, as I am a bachelor's degree holder going for a diploma program?

it appears you are just securing your entry into canada, Why would somebody opted an diploma after completing graduation right? it doesn’t look reasonable at all. Best of luck

It is a a red flag as it should be a post grad program not a diploma program requiring only secondary education. Why not a MBA?

Yes, it's a red flag. You need to go for a post graduate diploma.

Hi, I was reading this and it occurred to me. I am partly sponsoring my niece for a 2 year diploma course in Nutrition and Food Service Management (post secondary qualification required) got accepted in Langara College (Canada) She has a Bachelors of Science in Hotel Management back home and currently working as a restaurant manager... this course will up her qualification to work in the hospital (healthcare facilities) . Now I'm not sure is this will be a red flag to the visa application. As this require a co-op permit that the school already provided. We're in the process of applying for her student visa. Any thoughts? Thank you.
