I received an email asking for information on 23 Feb 2022
Submitted the webform to inform my presence in Canada(BC) on 24 Feb 2022
I am still waiting for PR portal credentials as on 03 March 2022
What’s the max wait time to receive portal credentials?

I think you must reply to the email asking your information. Do not submit webform which may create delays.

Hi guys,
updated timeline below and hope this is helpful to you:

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? Jan/31/2022 replied on the same day
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? Feb/16/2022
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? Feb/16/2022
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Feb/18/2022
5. What is the VO? Etobicoke
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Not yet. GC key shows PR card approved and mailed today(March 3). Portal still shows in review. So obviously portal doesn't update in time.
we r the same timeline, I can't link my Gckey for some reason, but the portal shows in review till now(March/4)

It's hard to understand why it would take so long like a few months. The decision was already made and I think the only thing to do is to check if addr and photo's size/resolution is valid, and then update the status of an application and publish an eCoPR.

Agreed. I thought they should get it done soon and we can be able to download it online. But now it takes too long for many pp.
