sorry guys and many thanks for your time!! I did search for that email address few times by myself, but somehow i missed that dumb email address. May be i have too much pressure in my head right now..... have a great weekend Toby!!

Are you sure this is the correct email address? I copy and paste the email from CIC website. I am trying to send an email to CIO-Sydney multiple times. But the message come back to me said:

The address "CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca" in the "To" field was not recognized. Please make sure that all addresses are properly formed.

Anyone got the same problem?

If I had to guess - delete the whitespace from around the "@".

Yes, delete the blanks around the @ sign. There can be no spaces in an email address.
Or copy/paste the email from this website, if you don't know what I'm talking about

You have to click on Economic Classes and then scroll down all the way.
