PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

My wife's application is similar to above. We sent the application for myself, my wife and my kid as one package. Applications received on Oct 4th 2021 and started processing Dec '2021. Both me and my kid received the PR card 1 month back. However, my wife's status is 'Decision Made' for 5 weeks now. We have submitted 2 webforms and have got only the generic response so far. We call every day to 888-242-2100 but the call never gets connected to the agent. We get a response that the volume is high and cannot be connected.
When you say that you had inquired for the agent ID too, what does that mean? Can you please elaborate on what was done / what option was selected while calling? Appreciate your help on this.
Hello All. Sorry this may sound like a dumb question. I have sent my application for PR Renewal on Jan 27th. Today i received a confirmation from IRCC stating they had received my application. PFB Screenshot i have greyed out the personal details. Just wanted to know is this an AOR which IRCC sent over or is an AOR different from the below. Also i tried retrieving the status of my application based on the link provided i am unable to retrieve my application.

My application was received on October 27th, and they started processing on January 7th. Currently my status is decision made but won't show when the decision was made. After a week of trying to reach them, they told me that my card has been sent to production, and I should be happy that it did, as the processing time begins from the moment they start the application. But when looking at their website, it says that their processing time starts from the moment they receive the application. Regardless, I have been waiting for the card since January 7th, and need to travel on March 10th. I thought giving it 2 months to receive a card was long enough, but I guess I was wrong. I am praying I will receive it soon but am getting REALLY anxious and nervous.
Mine has been stuck since January 7th. I am not sure when it went to decision made, but it's been stuck there for a long long time now =(
Hello, we have almost the same timelines and same situation. I am not sure when it went to decision made and when I called them (tried for over a week) they wouldn't give me the answer. They received my application on October 27th, and my acknowledging receipt came on January 7th. According to the officer i spoke with he said it takes about 120 days from the date they start processing your application, which doesn't seem to make sense. If that is the case, then they should change their processing times to around 8 months..... I am panicking and freaking out, as I need to travel soon and have been waiting for my card forever now =( Have you any updates on your application?
Hello, my application was received on October 27th and receipt was sent on January 7th. Started processing the same day and my application status is decision made. I am not sure when it went into decision made, but it's been at least 4 weeks. Is anyone else in the same situation and how long did it take for you to receive your card? I am so stressed and nervous, I can't even sleep at night. The officer told me the processing time starts from the moment they start processing your application and not from the moment they receive it. That contradicts with everything their website states..... Please share your experience and insights. Thank you!
It's starting to become really ridiculous!!! I am facing the same issues, and not sure what to do at this point. I just need the card!
I can't believe your friend received her card already. I thought perhaps xmas messed all applications sent in fall 2021 up, but that doesnt seem to be the case. Did you receive yours? Mine says decision made but doesnt say when it went the decision was made....
I wonder if they had made a mistake and fixed it once you sent in the webform....

Below is the status for me and my spouse's PR, we both sent the applications in the same envelope on Nov 3rd.
- We received your application for a permanent resident card on November 8, 2021.
- We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 17, 2022.
- We started processing your application on January 17, 2022, DM status on Jan 23rd
- Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on January 26, 2022.
- Received the PR card today by mail for both.
