It always ends up with “We’re unable to transfer you to an agent, please call again later”

I had all stages passed on Feb 10 and got the portal email yesterday evening!
Soon you will be there

2 when they ask for UCI number
then 1 when you hear Afghanistan
then 2 then 0
it only takes less than a minute and you can try multiple times. Usually after 4-5 attempts I was in the wait line

Also, did you mention in the email that you were out of country?

I did, and even sent the flight schedule as proof in the first reply. The response was the automated 2nd portal email with credentials, doesn't look like they even saw it. I logged into the portal while still outside the country, but only checked the "I'm here" box once I was inland. Now I don't know if they're scrutinizing my application because of that or if it's a normal processing time.

yes GU on Feb 10, called IRCC on Feb 11 and agent confirmed all was passed and finalised
