Did they start the eligibility review for your application? By now, it should have changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility." to "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

Backlog is most likely the reason, and still in the review stage. You can raise a webform but don’t expect a reply or reapply with a new application. You don’t have many options but to wait.

When do your WPs expire? Are you working in NOC 0, A or B?
