Hello, for work permit application, is it required to have a proof of English proficiency (e.g. IELTS)? Thank you!

It is not required but if you are in a LMIA job that is working with clients then VO may ask for IELTS. Better to show strong IELTS scores then nothing.

Hello there! May I ask if ever the employer asked for my post secondary credentials for LMIA...what does it mean? Is this for federal skilled worker program--express entry? I'm from outside Canada btw. Thank you
