First I submitted on October 8,2021 and then on November 23,2021 I received letter from cic for requested document IMM 5406 to as incomplete form which We did not find anything missing but still filled and followed the instruction as per letter. And then resubmit application on November 24,2021. Since then after didn't hear anything yet.

Hello, I'm a Nov 22, 2021 applicant and I received the same notification from CIC about an incomplete IMM 5406. Have you heard anything since you submitted on Nov 24th? Also, what does it say in your PR portal? Mine says "returned." Has your status changed yet? Thanks in advance!

This is incorrect. You should continue working and you must continue to meet LICO for your family size. Applicants are asked (not all the time) to provide proof that they keep on meeting LICO. Now that processing is often around 2 years people have been asked to provide proof more often than when processing was closer to 1 year. If you are close to minimum LICO amounts or have had a child and are on maternity leave you are more likely to be asked to prove that you still meet LICO. Given Covid unemployment there is likely to be increased request to make sure people continued to meet LICO.

YES!! You do not need to be employed in order to be a sponsor .You can have a job,or be self-employed ,or unemployed but supporting yourself with other means such as savings or investments .

No I didn't hear anything after November 24, but In online portal also i filled the Imm 5406 then submit the application. When it was returned the status was returned but since I resubmit on November 24 the status is Submit.

Nothing works for this issue. Best solution is to fill one form in English and print another without the names and write names in Vernacular by hand. Scan and attach with the original one that is in English. That is what I did. May be some tech person has a better solution

I never entered name in Hindi script (my native language).. ,always wrote it in English. Have filled these forms multiple times for different applications in last 5-6 years.
As per information on different forums, only when your name sounds significantly different when written/pronounced in native language, then it might be required to write name in native language script.
For example, Chinese names are many times have very different in pronunciation in native language.

Did the email go to the email that you had used to create the pr portal login? Just wondering if they are sending these emails to the email given to them for communication.

The email that the IM 5406 needed to be completed went to my husband the principal applicant. The ghost email went to my mother-in-law the PA

We got the ghost email Feb 10 and an email about the IM5406 not being complete on the same day- Feb 10 and on the letter it gave us an application number which started with an X. Using that application number to linking does not work, because it is not recognizing the application number. I have tried many different variations to link to GC key and nothing works.

The file number starts with letter F. Yours is temporary file number. It will not work. You can use the name of the Principal Applicant and birthday and passport number. For the number of people on the application, it should be your parents, sponsor and co-signer. Children not included. And maybe its too early to link.. try next week.

what's your timeline?
valid bio will appear in GCkey acc link and that's one way to check.
