The PR portal seems to be unreliable because we have the card and it still says under review

I knew because all my correspondence came from Etobicoke office - usually at the bottom of any letter it says which office it is coming from
I checked all the letters that IRCC sent, I could not see any office or any information... I can only see from IRCC. no location
I also checked all mine and they all say Etobicoke - emails all have rep id of some sort ex...

do you have your eCoPR? that says the office too
under personal details

actually I am still waiting for the eCOPR. I received my portal details on Jan 31, 2022 and submitted my photo on the same day.
Okay is there a reason you’re asking about the office? Maybe that would help
