Parents' Visit Visa got Medical Request

I applied for a Visit Visa (not Supervisa) for my parents from Pakistan on 19 December 2021. We got a medical request from IRCC for them both on 28 January 2022. Any idea why we are being asked for medical? Visit visas of less than 6 months stay duration never require medical (we applied for a 50 days stay in Canada).

Anyone can be asked to do a medical. There can be concerns about TB or general health.
