Indian Passport Renewal from BLS Toronto

Hi everyone, can I reach BLS Brampton/Toronto with my renewal application package, without an appointment? Whenever I try to book an appointment, it states that I already have an existing appointment although it doesn't show up on my end. Can someone help me with the same?
My application is in processing since past 1 week. It didn't changed to reviewing. Any idea regarding the same ?

Below is the timeline for renewal of my Indian Passport in Toronto for a Normal 36 page non tatkal. Hope this helps.
1. Called in BLS Brampton on 22nd Dec 2021 and arranged a Purolator pick up and drop of. They sent me the shipping label almost immediately. Pick up was arranged for the Dec 29th 2021.
2. Got the documents, certified cheque and photograph ready and pick up happened as planned.
3. Passport request went into process on the tracking website.(Be patient)
4. Status changed after 3 and a half weeks to passport printed.
4. Received new passport at my door step by Jan 25 2022 delivered by Purolator.
What iv learnt:
If your time is valuable and you don't want to stand in lines in BLS, courier is a great option!. I also took a document check service which means that BLS checks all my docs before I send it out so that the passport renewal application doesn't get declined. I'm glad I did this because there were major mistaken in my application. All this will cost an extra 100 CAD but its worth it if you don't want to go through the stressful situation of dealing with the office. Not to mention people are required to book appointments months in advance and I did not have that patience to wait.
PS:
Even after paying a premium for the document check I had to follow up with them a number of times in order to get their approval on the docs. This can be frustrating.

Yeah i submitted the 'Personal Particulars form' with the Indian Police check information but the police check never actually happened.
ohh. Thats means they are not verifying with the police if we provide all the required documents.
Can you please do this for me. I urgently need my passport for applying pgwp but status of my application is processing at consulate general no progress at all, i try to contact them but no one respond back.
I submit passport renewal application via walk in on 7-01-22. From more than three weeks status is processing at consulate general.no progress at all.anyone tell me every application go through police verification from india ,,,because they send any mail when police verification initiated?

What does your application date shows on bls website tracking because I also applied on 7th via postal. Mine shows application date as 18th January.
Your application status also "processing at consulate general " from that day.
You submit application via brampton bls?
