If you were sponsored by your husband to become PR, you won't be eligible to sponsor your parents I think for 5 years.

Yes. They gave their biometrics back in 2019 during their Visitor Visa process.

Nothing on ecas. When I checked the GC Key yesterday, instead of submitted it was “profile updated”. But when i check the file number there was no changes or message. My parents have valid biometrics till 2030.

Thanks. Yes, my mom is in Jamaica that's why it was sent there. Based on previous info I have seen because your relative is currently in Canada their temporary address would/should be reflecting Canada. As such, processing might be done in Canada.
