I was told case follow ups with IRCC Calgary can be sent to cic-calgary-citizenship@cic.gc.ca. They are clearing the backlog from 2018 onwards.

they do actively monitor that email and make note of your comments in case note. they also forward to the reviewing officer if you have a significant update for them.

Hi all, I got invited to take my oath on February 2 and I will be flying back to Calgary (I am currently residing in Europe) to finish up this process. Just wondering if people have any tips for getting the certificate quicker and/or tips for express passport applications in Calgary? What would be the best office to apply for my passport?
