I have requested GCMS in Sept last year, it said my criminality and Biometrics are in progress, the last updated date from the officer is Apr 2021, and no update since then. I submitted another GCMS last week again to see what is happenning.
Yes, it is so frustrating to experience this kind of waiting .... No idea what ircc are doing...
If you are inland. You could google and find out who is the Member of Parliament from the area you currently reside in. Their office might be able to take up the matter with IRCC.
I think I'll be raising another GCMS notes. Mine says the same as yours Criminality and Biometrics in Process.
In my experience the status bar does not mean much. Mine has gone past 100%. They updated the page to say that it's taking longer than normal to process, this happens in 20% of the cases they said. It's a generic update. Did they say your medical is passed? Maybe you will hear from them soon.
In mine it said, "You have passed the medical exam..." So I'm not sure about the way they worded yours.
