just spoke to an agent and god he was rude. Told me the same things i see on my GCKEY and ECAS. Explained my whole story to him and asked him why its taking so long for me to receive my medical and biometrics request and he started to shout at me and said "I don't know why you guys keep asking, I don't know why its taking so long" so I said "you are a pathetic agent" and hung up on him. Felt pretty good not gonna lie...
I would rather wait and waste my time than deal with such morons who work at IRCC. Like we are already so stressed out with this process and they hire people who know nothing other than being rude. I think they hire people who have the maximum tendency to be rude.

What I had was a little bit better than what you had, I asked him a question, he said yes, and played me the recording of Afghanistan, and asked another question, or played the recording again. How sad.

Be positive and continue being patient. And as has been advised, do not depend fully on the progress bar. Someone on this forum shared how his application was approved while his progress bar was still showing 68%. While another shared that a decision had not been made on his application yet his progress bar was already at 100%. Other than it being a lengthy process, there is also a backlog of applications. You can imagine how many applications are assigned to an agent. Hang in there, you are almost at the finish line. :)
My timeline is almost same as yours thats why i am asking . they have not demand any ADR

i try to call IRCC regarding my case but he is not answing also not transfring to agent as well.
i will try 888 242 2100 since last three days, alomost try every day 7 to 8 times but not any response.
i create webform as well but not reply as well0.

is there any another number or any another way to contact IRCC please.
