How did you do this re-consideration, can you please explain?
I don't understand, I thought I have to open a second application.
Hi, I submitted the reconsideration letter justifying why I applied for the course and my ties back to my home country. (This I had already done in my SOP as well with earlier application). Also, I asked my manager to write me a letter on company letterhead that I would come back and join the organisation post completion of my studies.
These were the documents that I attached and raised a webform for it.
1.GCMS NOTES services are only available for Canadian,You can find someone on web(Taobao in China) to do it for you,it just around 10 to 15 dollars.
2.U can link your Application submitted by your Agent to your own account,just ensure to put in the correct UCI and other information
Hey! yeah I took a break for a long time. Got really disappointed and also I made couple of blunders like quitting job before getting visa!!
Anyway, my college does not have any openings in May intake, so its Sep 2022 now. Even more disappointed with this.
I am trying to find if there are any May intake colleges that I can try, even universities.
But universities are all Sep 2022 intake
Man what a mess I made trusting IRCC. I still have not received my gcms notes, applied Dec 4 2021.
I still believe Canada is worth this trouble, price has to be paid!!
I am also doing the re-consideration. But the damn GCMS notes is not coming yet!!

Gcm notes come in 40 t0 60 days and i dont think u can go for reconsideration because this only within 30 days. I am not sure but we need to see if someone did after 30 days
I also recall having read that a reconsideration must be submitted within a month. Makes sense also, reconsideration requests are for evaluation of possible lapses in procedural fairness, so there has to be a limited window. Do check on the IRCC site.
Couldn't your Canada based consultant get the gcms notes faster? I think it could be gathered from the Canadian border service agency also
I will check this. I tried to find but not able to get any timeline info. If this is true then I am in wrong hands

I have passed 45 days now. Can I raise a webform? On IRCC there is no mention of gcms notes as a reason for raising webforms.
