My PGWP expires on April 2022 and Decision not made yet . My Immigration consultant said no need to apply extension in land PNP applicant as i will get PR soon. He said to apply on March as it is expires by April. Any advise

Yes you are good till the last day. It might save you a couple of hundred bucks. Apply before expiry and you shall get a letter stating that your temporary status is maintained. So you are good !

how long should I expected for security to be pass after I received ADR from Etobicoke Office which was the following:

- Updated IMM5669 forms (Schedule A Background / Declaration). (Each family member over the age of 18 are required to complete their own copy of this form.
- Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements for the past two years; Employer’s letter confirming employment).

Eligibility: pass
Criminality: pass
Medical: Pass
