This happened to me when my medical expired.

But it was just yesterday when they updated medical and on ecas its still showing we received your medical.

I saw your eligibility has passed already, Do you still remember whether they transferred your case to Ottawa office before or after your eligibility passed?

And why they need such detailed information at this stage? You didn't upload them?

I understand that at the end of the application process they, sometimes, ask for your up-date information (Schedule A, Travel history) and also verify your employment (job reference letter and job contract). Seems reasonable to me as in my case it has been already 1.3 years since I sent the original application and those forms.

I understand that at the end of the application process they, sometimes, ask for your up-date information (Schedule A, Travel history) and also verify your employment (job reference letter and job contract). Seems reasonable to me as in my case it has been already 1.3 years since I sent the original application and those forms.

eligibility has been passed for more than a year. So definitely before transfer. I received PAL after 2 month from AOR which is not the case for most applicant. I dont know why. I understand most people get PAL at the end

A month ago security was in process. I don't know when it started but should be within last couple of months.
Sorry I dont have a clear answer
