I'm working as assistant manager in food safety and quality control department from oct 2020

Where my work is related to Microbiological testing of food as I have completed my masters in microbial biotechnology in 2020

Can I go for graduate certificate in food safety and quality assurance Management, which will introduce me to safety standard and other food processing techniques and principles.

Is there any issue with course if I'm working in same domain?

You need to go for a post graduate level of education, not graduate, since you have a Master's.

Yeah I know, but it's like a post graduate diploma, many of my friend have been approved for graduate certificate after master's.

I'm asking, can I take this course depending upon my profile

You can certainly try. You'll need to write a convincing SOP since a graduate program is a much lower level of education than a Master's.
