I've put through US/EU/CA, I'll go to whichever comes first. US is far behind now, EU and Canada are tied so it's a tough choice because EU gives me really really good opportunities. But culturally I'm more fit to Canada.

I just feel if they have as many options as they repeatedly claim to have available to them, then they should start actively pursuing at least one of those options, rather than just moaning here about how Canada did them dirty.

I also agree with Jay, you gotta wait till the first draw of 2022. For me personally, this would be the last "2-weeks" of my life which I am going to care about Express Entry draw results. If they are going to continue the CEC/PNP pattern in 2022, it is just over for me. Now they might bring all program draws anytime they wish as it seems the express entry does not follow any sort of logic - contrary to what it promises us in its formal description - but I won't wait for it anymore. They invite me, good for me, they won't invite me, doesn't matter.

The best thing I learned from this is I won't complain about my government wrongdoings anymore, as Canada proved it very well that you can officially lie to everyone on your official government's website, waste time and money of thousands, and yet no one can do shit or say a thing against your unfair actions. I think picking our lives up and moving to Canada should be about choosing Canada and not about running from our home country.

I don't think Canada is perfect, the country needs some work. Canada also definitely needs us, if its citizens could do it all there wouldn't be Express Entry.

Make no mistake, you're being recruited for nation building. The more obstacles you scale during the interview, the more prized you are.

It's definitely worth it for Canada to have someone so resilient make it through. On the other hand, it's our responsibility to make sure it's worth it for us because in return for our contribution we get PR and possibly citizenship.
How much that's worth to us, and the generations after, is up to us to tell.

That's called me using Canada as a stepping stone genius, like I've said zillion times in my posts. I'm trying to get to US/CA/EU right now since Canada fucked up bad and I'll go to whichever one turns first. You guys literally have issues with understanding what you read.

What do Indians have anything to do with anything lol. I doubt many Indians are flipping burgers here in America since we aren't even authorized for burger flipping jobs on work visas. Like....im an Indian who's a postdoc I don't even know how to flip a burger (granted I'm paid just slightly more than a burger flipper anyway )

Netherlands and Germany via their study route. Schools are free so only need to cover your living expenses. If you're not getting a stipend from your supervisor then getting accepted to schools is far easier since your professor won't have to pay you (that's where you use your POF). See the steps below;

For Netherlands:

1. Get accepted to a school (probably a master's degree)
2. Finish it in 1.5 - 2 years
3. Use your prof's or school's network to find a job (all companies speak english, no need for dutch)
4. Work for 5 years
5. Apply for PR

For Germany:

1. Same as above
2. Same as above
3. Same as above
4. Learn B1 German: https://blog.lingoda.com/en/language-requirements-for-permanent-residency-in-germany/#:~:text=In short, the level of,foreign languages in European countries. In short, the level of German needed for permanent residency in Germany is B1, which is equivalent with being an intermediate learner. And work for 5 years.
5. Apply for PR

These are off the top of my head. Do you own research for other countries like Sweden, Finland etc. They have some pathways too. I remember that Switzerland is ridiculous like you need to work for 12 years that's just insane.

Pro tip: Be smart and try to find an industrial master's program for Step 3. That way you're literally working at a company while doing your research there = insta job offer after graduating.

Pro tip 2: Don't read the posts of clueless idiots who are blind to all these options around the world. They only (barely) know Canada. That's why they keep attacking me.

Pro tip 3: You can literally skip steps 1,2,3 if you apply to jobs on LinkedIn and get lucky enough to land a job in these countries. Quite a few of my friends have done it and I'm going for it too. If I can't land an offer I'll just use my POF and buy a degree then PR.

Note: It should be obvious but these EU study pathways only compare to Canada's study pathways. They're obviously not as fast or easy as FSW. If FSW dies in 2022, you're not limited to PGWP>CEC as you see. EU study pathways are far cheaper and more profitable than Canada's.

I don't think EU has the same PR pathway as Canada and aus/NZ. You can get a skilled job and get a EU blue card (moving initially as a student and learning the language will be the easiest route). I think Germany may come up with something like Canada soon. UK had it in the past and they may bring it back. Scandinavian countries are awesome but getting a passport in those places will be harder and take a longer time. If you want to buy your way to an immediate PR, some countries there have a pathway where you drop money into property or commercial investments (Portugal comes into mind)

End of the day, getting a highly skilled job in a foreign country is incredibly hard if you're not already there on a PR or as a student who could be eligible for a future work permit without the company needing to put in the effort. If you apply for a job from a foreign country, chances are that your resume will go straight to the bin unless you're either highly experienced (which I doubt many PR applicants under 30-35 are) or in a job/field that's conducive to temporary workers who can easily be trained and replaced. Employers don't want to (a) deal with the hassle that comes with dealing with the government and immigration (b) deal with visa uncertainties when it comes to employees they need to train and trust with a lot of intellectual property. This is what makes the Canadian and Aus/NZ PR systems attractive
