PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

The timeline appears to be fairly random judging from responses here - anything from a few days to 2 months after AOR.

Hi all,

I have dropped an email to IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca for asking status of PR card renew and if everything is fine. They replied saying as below-

Hello,

This office does not process renewal applications.

For further assistance please contact the Client Service Center at 1-888-242-2100.

Do they not entertain message or email related for PR card renewal ?

Is this timeline normal? Should I consider they lost my application? I've tried call them and email them, however, not yield any response from them yet. Do you guys know more approaches or any suggestion...Thank you so much!!

After receiving in Sydney, add 2.5 - 3 months.
This is a normal timeline.
Then the application is placed on the table for review and the AOR is sent to you.

As I can see,
Requests for renew PR are not files! These are the physical letters that were sent.
Each clerk takes a certain number of letters for consideration.Then these letters are entered as files to computer.
Clerk can get sick and go on vacation ... Or put it off and do other things.
And the application will remain with him.
Therefore, for many applicants, everything happens quickly, for others - for a long time.

Previously, the time from the receipt of the application in Sydney to the AOR was 3 months. now many people already have 2.
Please do not confuse other applicants!

Below is my PR Card renewal time line:

Application received by Sydney, NS office on Oct 13th 2021. Please find below status

AOR on December 15th 2021. ECAS status shows "Decision Made"

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 13, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 15, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on December 15, 2021.

Any idea, how soon I will get PR card delivered at my address?

And if the ECAS status is "Decision Made", does that mean everything is fine with my application - like forms and photo measurements ?

Just now called IRCC for latest status on PR Card renewal status, he said that everything looks good and approved, passed.
Now the card is sent to production as per the update that he can see.
Any idea, how much more time will be required to get the card mailed (based on the other people timelines)?

Mailed out: Sept 9, 2021
Package arrive via tracking: Sept 10
Still waiting for AOR until now..

We are bound to travel home on the 29th of January, called IRCC and they told me they still can't see my application and to just apply for PRTD when going back to Canada. I know the processing time takes 130 days but my girlfriend already received her PR and we just applied the same time

Similar situation here too.

Called on +18882422100 and then entered UCI
After that opted for checking the status of already submitted application
Then entered the application number using the number keypads. Entered birth year. Listened the status same as in GC Key.
After this pressed 0 to talk to agent.

I'm PR Renewal, sent June 28th, AOR Oct 15th, DM oct 15h and nothing for the last 9 weeks. They said the card has been sent to production but nothing else.

Even getting that update gives me some relief!

My wife's first PR card was dispatched on the 10th of December. We are in Vancouver. Anyone know how long it usually take to reach from their office(I assume Sydney) to Vancouver?
