Hi Guys,
After endless wait finally got an email from CIC Edmonton office that I am scheduled for an interview with a citizenship officer and also got passport pages submission request. Can you guys help me out what to expect in the interview and how long the interview would be?

Appreciat it !!
They will just verify your information submitted in the application, the documents you submitted and your current whereabouts etc. Nothing more than that. You dont need to prepare anything for it except that you just keep the original documents ready(whichever you submitted with the application).
Its not like test where we need to prepare but interview is just another step to verify your submitted information.

My ECASE status changed to Decision Made and my tracker shows I have been scheduled to attend my citizenship ceremony on Feb 14, 2022.
It looks like this was updated on Nov 17 on the tracker. I haven't received any email/letter though. How long does it take to receive the email?
Anybody else got the tracker confirming the oath date, but haven’t received the official email yet?

You’ll get an email exactly 1 week before the ceremony

I have also received an interview scheduled with a CIC officer. What kind of documents do I need to prepare for this, apart from the Passports, PR Card, and other ID documents? Do I need to keep a print of the forms that I submitted as well?

No other documents other than you submitted. May be keep the current ID(or anything to prove local residence) too if you have.

No but you can anyway refer from your laptop if required.

Just a quick questions guys. All steps changed to COMPLETED after several emails to CIC. Upon checking Ecas I realized it's turned from in process to Decision Made. Just out of curiosity...Can Decision Made be negative as in refusal? In order, words can Decision Made be the next positive step of securing an oath? Anyone here comes across anyone whose decision made did not result in an Oath Ceremony invite. Thanks all.
Hi was the emails sent to your local ircc office or to Ottawa. And what your location please. Thanks.

I was invited to for interview too, I was told to submit copy of my passport which I already did. And electronic communication consent form. All was submitted. Is there any other preparation I need rather than the previously submitted forms and documents. Thanks

"IRCC was unjustly using the pandemic as a justification for the delays, he said, and now has switched to using the Afghan crisis. The department recently committed to expediting 20,000 additional applications for vulnerable Afghans.

"You can't keep riding the pandemic horse forever. This excuse is getting tired almost two years into the pandemic. It's a dead horse they're trying to hit with a stick," Dangzalan said."
