I created my portal October 31 and submitted my photo and address. Until now, I have not received ecorps. I have emailed them three times.

Thanks, I applied OWP but it was never processed.
I requested a withdrawal and a refund through webform and as per IRCC response, they will determine if application can be withdrawn and they will issue a refund within 16 weeks if applicable.
Try to call them. It's been a month now.
I received ECOPR one day after submitting photo and address details.
Received my ecopr last night after confirming that I am in Canada and sending my adress and photo on the 26th.
Yes but you have to apply for the SIN number within 3 days of starting work.
Yes, you can apply SIN Number with eCOPR.
I went to Service Canada as walk-in and brought my passport and eCOPR, I got sin number in less than 30 mins.
I missed an email from IRCC for permanent residence confirmation portal on November 20th. I just sifted thought my email just in case I had missed something. It says reply as quickly as possible, I just replied but it’s been 10 days will that make a difference replying late?
I don't think it would be too much of a problem, but hopefully you have already heard back from them. My wife's portal info is still in review. It looks like so long as they accept your declaration, you can receive your eCoPR, even if you end up needing to resubmit photos. I'm trying not to worry myself since it has been 3 days since she submitted her info and we haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully it will be soon.
