I am an expatriate currently working in Saudi Arabia, have 2 minor children back in my country (living with their mother, we were already legally annulled).

I met my girlfriend here in Saudi Arabia and she moved to Canada recently as a temporary foreign worker last September 2021. She is single, with a child of her own from a previous relationship (not married).

My girlfriend and I are planning for leaves and go home in our country early next year to get married.
Once she goes back to Canada after the leave and she reaches the requirements, she will apply for PR under economic immigration (PNP,AIPP etc.).

My questions are:

1. If her leave gets permitted by her employer, can she leave and come back to Canada with no issues? (She has a multiple entry worker visa)
2. After we get married and she applies for PR, can she include me and my 2 children (from my previous marriage) in her application? (mother is willing to let them join me)

2. Yes (as long as your children are under the age of 22 when the application is received by IRCC).

Hello @scylla , Just a follow-up question, does IRCC scrutinize economic-class immigration applicants (PNP, Express Entry) like what they do with spousal sponsorship with regards to genuineness of marriage?
