Inactive TB inside Canada- EXPRESS ENTRY (CEC)

Hello guys,

I have applied for my PR inside Canada through Express entry! My Medicals came out says that I have Inactive TB which is not contagious . I will be starting my treatment this week( taking antibiotics). Will my application be on hold during the treatment or will that be a rejection?

It will be put on hold while you complete treatment and then take a follow up medical.

so, no rejection?? My work permit will be expiring next year july. That’s the problem smh

I don't see how that's a problem. If you've received ITA through EE and have submitted your application, then you can apply for a BOWP when your work permit is within 4 months of expiring.

Ahhh I see! Thank you for the replies! I will definitely do that. So that means no Rejection for inactive TB!
