Which stream is better, Intl student - Job offer? or Master's steam. Any idea of total time it takes to get PR?
If you think about chances to improve your OINP Score, Intl student - job offer is only stream tat allows you to score in every scoring factor.

See it on this page: https://www.ontario.ca/page/register-expression-interest-ontario-immigrant-nominee-program and scroll down to "How is the EOI scoring applied to each stream?"

Related to OINP => PR, I don't think there is any difference. Now, after nomination, you can apply to PR through the same portal that Express Entry does. Hence, it might be at the very same pace I guess.

Who can apply online (includes non-express entry PNP): https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/how-to-apply-online.html

I guess my follow up question is, do you know how long it takes for a non-express entry application to be processed?

This stream using EOI is pretty new, also, the PNP nomination follow-up to PR process was paper-based only which usually takes 15 to 20 months. However, they are allowing us, since April 2021, to apply via the online portal.

That said, it is expected to take 7-8 months maybe. Expected, not ensured. I truly believe that applications using an online-based path will be faster because it is the same process for Express Entry applications.

Have you heard about anyone who got AOR from this portal?
