Medical passed 14 Oct and Oct 15 its changed to we don't need medical exam
Medical passed 4 Nov
No update after that
Recent status " You passed the Medical exam"
Nov 10 - GU ( with no change)

Anyone else got 2 updates of medical

Passed my remedical yesterday. Remedical was submitted by the doctor on Nov 6. Now waiting for further updates.

did you mentioned about flag pool in application simpli or you mentioned denied entry in USA i also did flag pooling some are saying need to mention denied entry but i mention in travel history and mention the reason of travel

The language to use is something like this : Mr X was given an administrative refusal to enter USA on XXth YYY 20ZZ because he did not intend to enter USA.

If you wish you can add "and only wanted to apply for new canadian WP at XXXXXX Port of Entry."

ya but my consultant upload supplementry travel history form and mention the reason why i went on border but not mention refusal reason he said you have stamp on passport if they need to know more they will contact .

ya but my consultant upload supplementry travel history form and mention the reason why i went on border but not mention refusal reason he said you have stamp on passport if they need to know more they will contact .

"Administrative Refusal" they give you at the border is not a "Real Refusal". To be honest, its a gray zone. Basically they are turning you away because you never wanted to go to USA but just wanted to leave Canada and then re-enter Canada to apply for new work permit. So they sent you back.

You did your re-medicals on Oct 22 and the doctor re-submitted on Nov 6????? Thats a pretty lousy doctor you got there, pal?

Were there any furtherances? If not, then your doctor does a pretty sloppy work.
