Already has - 23/08. And no indication for an extension or request for remed, *sigh
Go for upfront if you can. There are contrasting views about an upfront re-medical in recent days but erring on the side of having absolutely nothing other than money to lose, going for it upfront and nailing a one-year validity - which should be enough to see your application over the line - is a no brainer.

Not going to happen. If he gets chopped off, it will be because they want someone new with a different approach and that's likely not going to allow lobbying. Will be shocked if he doesn't remain as IM but he's been quite silent this past couple of days so I really don't know. Hopefully by tomorrow, we will get to meet the new cabinet members but I reckon that even if he gets chopped off the IM appointment, he will likely be installed as something else. Fingers crossed.
That’s what I mean. Leaving immigration for another ministry is considered a promotion. Like the article saying no one cares about the record landings, in reality, no one cares about immigration in general. It’s not something that will give you good future prospects within the party, so that’s why it’s usually a ministry for first time MP. So I honestly think he will leave, but not by being chopped off, rather, he will be promoted to something people care about more, like fishes lol. I don’t doubt they might even give it to Arielle Kayabaga. First time MP, refugee elected in Ontario, so it checks several boxes on their criteria for immigration minister.

So Guys I had a pervious visa refusal which I forgot to mention. I inadvertently selected No where it asks that weather have I applied to IRCC before.
So I raised a web forum stating

his Webform is with respect to the mistake I made while submitting my FSW application.
In the form where it asks weather I have applied to IRCC before I inadvertently answered "No", I was under the impression that the question is regarding if I had ever applied to IRCC for a "PR application" therefore I selected "No". I misinterpreted it & figured that it did not include any applications for TRV for any country.
Though I did mention all my travel in my travel history column & I have uploaded all my TRVs with my passports.
Making correction "Yes" I have Applied to IRCC before & given below are its details

1. Applied for TRV for Canada with my whole family back in 2003 - Got rejection for TRV with passport no ********

2. Again Applied for TRV for Canada in 2003 - Got The TRV and visited Canada for three months with passport no ********

3. Because my family wanted to visit Niagara Falls, applied for a visitor visa for The USA from within Canada- Got rejection because the embassy wanted us to apply from our home country, with passport no ********

4. Applied for TRV for Canada in 2015 - Got the TRV & visited Canada for a month with passport no ********

5.Applied for TRV for The USA in 2016 - Got the TRV with passport no ********

6. Applied for TRV in 2019 - Got the TRV & visited Canada for a month & a half with passport number ********

I humbly request you to update my application.
I sincerely apologize for the error.
Thank You

So the question is, Was this enough ?
Any suggestions or advise would help ?

I wonder, how many of us who are pissed at IRCC and Canada's fucked up processing system right now will do something about it once they are a PR in Canada? Like legal activism or devoting some time to push for a fair, transparent, accountable and rational immigration and processing system?

I for one person will certainly do it.

I know I’ve asked before…. But why kangaroo?
Because it doesn't make me feel like I'm a skilled professional being happily invited by a country to carry my skills to, but feels more like I'm a refugee or something.

I wonder what’s the reason behind the discrimination that exists to issue PPRs for outlanders residing in the US? If the policy is to not issue any PPR to FSWs outside of Canada then those US based applicants should fall within the same bracket but somehow IRCC keep issuing PPRs to them but not to anyone else outside of Canada and the US (non PNP)

They are processed by canada inland VOs. While the rest are processed by other VOs that would rather do anything but their jobs.
