Don't remember exactly when applied by employer but has been > 2yrs. Received 30th Sept. Any info on family visa would be appreciated

Hi Guys,
I'm outland, after 1year and 8 month since a got a pre arrival letter, now IRCC ask me for annex A and employer reference letter.
My employer look don't have any motivation to send me the letter. Do you guys have any idea what could U do without the employer letter?

Ielts Exam February 17th 2021
Sent PR package to Sydney Ns March 10th 2021
***Package was returned April 07th 2021 for missing signature
***Sent package back Apr 10th 2021, new AR Apr 13 2021
AOR MAY 27 2021
MEDICAL PASSED MAY 27 2021
BIOMETRICS REQ MAY 27 2021
COMPLETED BIOMETRICS MAY 27 2021
Pre arrival services Sep 26th 2021

We are in Canada and applied in November 2020, it’s gonna be a year soon. We received our medical request and biometrics, and the pre arrival letter back in July and since then, nothing… We didn’t do our medical because of the new public policy but our profile still saying “we did not receive the results of your medical” every time I call they tell me that I don’t need to get the medical done, however, our profile still asking for it… frustrating situation ‍
