Oath for Vancouver (Time Zone) (Canada).. what does that mean?

I got my oath letter today. It specifies that the Oath is at 1:30PM (Time Zone) (Canada). What does that mean? Is it EST or PST?

It says (Time Zone)(Canada)? It seems the agent forgot to fill this, and the system defaulted. Another example of incompetency.

I emailed them and they responded back. it was supposed to say PST.
