Anybody got meaningful answer from the phone call? 2 months ago I called, but she said to me just wait and she cannot do anything. I am waiting biometric letter after payment.

I just called them and was not able to connect to an agent. will try again tomorrow.

I submitted my file in march 2020
Got temporary file no. March2021
Got permanent file no. July 2021
And now request for biometric

Yes. They again send me aor. With biometric request
