I got my visa stamped from September 2021 to December 2022, but i have taken defer in college and my course starts in Jan 2022- but since I have my visa from Sept 2021 can I go in advance of my course commencement in November 2021 (my brother stays there and i would be staying with him)

Even if I say that my brother stays there? The tickets are really expensive in December hence we were thinking of going in November
Yes, i am enrolled- i have the offer letter as well. In this case, can I go in November (i.e. 2 months before start of course)
Hey, have you heard/know of any cases where students HAVE entered 2 months before? If, I do plan on going 2 months before is there any valid reason that comes to your mind that might convince the officer.
We've seen students refusal boarding and/or turned away who arrived earlier than 4 weeks before their classes have started. Your choice if you take the risk.
Just to add to the above, we've seen several cases where people were refused boarding. They didn't even have a chance to fly to Canada or to speak with CBSA to argue their case. CBSA flagged to the airline that they were coming too early and that was that. No boarding the airplane.
Don't even try it, unless you want to pay for the tickets twice. 4 weeks max, prior to your class starting. Saying your brother lives here and you are coming to stay with him will make things even worse for you.
Quite a few people learned this the hard way.
