Is people can trevel to canada if he / she suffer with disease Myesthenia gravis . If his /her spouse also in canada on work visa and also received PNP or also file is under PR process

If you have a visitor visa you can travel. Only once you have completed your medical and passed if for PR will you know if you are admissable.
My question is same regarding Myesthenia gravis disease . I want to know about medical exam with myesthenia gravis

The PR medical exams are the same for everyone and not specific to a condition. You disclose your condition during the exam and it will be determined if further tests/investigations will be required.
