You not required TRV separately for Indian ( TRV depends on different countries ) If you will be approved then you will get your TRV automatic to Enter in Canada. I did not get your 2nd question. Which Client information field you talking about. Please elaborate
On the IRCC application portal for me, there are 2 'optional' fields: 1 - Application form for TRV and 2 - Client Information. I meant that field.

I still did not understand, I am assuming that you are trying to apply study permit online., For that, You have to create GCKEY account and then click on apply to come to Canada, then enter your questionaries reference number or select study visa field and start your application..

Can anyone please tell me the difference between the forms IMM5818 (India Visa Office Instructions - Study) and IMM5957 (India Visa Office Instructions - University)? I'm planning to attend University, which of these do I follow?
And where should I upload these checklists on the IRCC application portal??
follow university checklist. You have to upload all required documents in GCKEY portal while applying online..

Yeah, quite the roller coaster ride!! o_O I thought I had to suffer with the anxiety for another month or so

Interesting, Civil engg to marketing. SOP might be very good, also you have marketing exp that helped. Congratulations and good luck with rest of the prep. I have got in Loyalist. I think the old Loyalist college address in Toronto was besides Lambton college. My college is changed to North York now.
She must be a young applicant going by 6 months experience. usually VO are more flexible with career change, etc. Problem is when you have years of experience into a particular field, they find it fishy to change career but honestly in todays world this should not be a concern at all, so many people (including me) feel stuck in our careers and a change is not a problem at all.

My Bad, I have a degree in BE (Civil), but I've applied for PGDM in Marketing, I do have around two years of experience in marketing, study gap of around 6 months
My dear to be honest if u have BE in civil. Don't change ur career. Good u got ppr for marketing mangement. Go canada and change the course. I am also civil engineer with occupational health and safety diploma and working as safety engr in Dubai and applied civil engineer in NBCC which is the cheapest college in entire Canada. Go for construction management or if u want easiest prgrame then NSCC offering emergency management or occupational health and safety. This will give u good carrier path and also its cheaper

No, he/she has 2 years work exp with 6 months study gap. Its not pretty straight forward app at all .Civil to marketing is a big switch but work exp is in marketing so it continuation only. But then I have heard people say that it should align with prev study. So this tell us that we cant predict where each app will go after certain basic parameters are met that dont kill the app in obvious way. After that its all in our stars.

Oh! Guess I read that wrong. It is true that your chosen course has to align with previous education irrespective of work experience. I find is quite stupid but they probably do this so people don't exploit the study route. So again, depends on the VO if he/she is willing to read through what applicant has to say and take decision based on that. There is way too much of subjectivity in the entire process.

all i say its matter of luck and also on day of decision who sit on chair. otherwise education and experience should match for future study in canada. B.E in civil and marketing management VO so kind hearted. but we happy because after one week we heard PPR request on this forum :)

Agreed, that VOs are people and hence are subject to different actions. But I am happy the application went through, that means our apps will also move. Man seriously this is a wild ride, we will remember this for rest of our lives :)

Lets hope for best! Imagine being in the shoes of FSW applicants. Some have been waiting since 2019, it is such a mess.
