It is a shallow and immature viewpoint. I am also considering going back to university in Canada, but I'm limiting myself to universities and degrees that I think will actually benefit me (which makes it far less likely that I'll even get in). If I do end up becoming a PR because I was a student there first, I will forever maintain that I bought my PR to Canada, and it'll likely be a source of guilt for a very long time. But again, I am just playing the game. I don't make the shitty rules. This is obviously a loophole which many people are going to exploit. I have been trying to debate this exact point but rather than acknowledging they are the beneficiaries of this crappy immigration system, these people want you to believe that they deserve PR move than anyone else because their so-called Canadian experience makes them superior and they pay taxes which apparently keeps the Canadian economy afloat.
This is such an immature and shallow viewpoint that only makes sense to people below the IQ of 50.
