I got my passport request today.
Applied as from inside Canada as international student.
I applied on August 23rd.
Sent crisis webform on August 24th
Recieved webform acknowledgement on September 8th.
Recieved passport request today (September 14th).

I have an actual medical emergency which is why I submitted the crisis webform with the relevant medical documents

I see and I thought they only responded to crisis webform when someone is outside canada

Same thing happened with my application. When I opened the account yesterday it showed "Application Updated" and now it is "submitted".
No visible changes on the account though.

@Kumar25 Did you get any update after that ghost update? I think that update was system glitch because a lot of people got it on this forum.

No update after that...I got multiple ghost updates around that time...may be an agent was working on the application, can't say for sure...
