Hi Folks,
My mom's application's status was updated to shceduled for oath on Feb 9. Now I have two questions: 1- My mom is going to be abroad from Sep 30 to March 03. How can I rescheulde this oath? 2- is the oath going to be online? Can she take it from outside of Canada?

My test status has changed to "completed" today (I passed the test on August 8). Please update the tracker.

I really hoped they would schedule me for November. It's an online ceremony...

I did submit through the webfom, however got an auto-reply that currently IRCC is focused on the situation in Afganistan and has re-allocated its resources accordingly, and that I won't be getting a response because of that reason!!!

People have got letters of invitation for test and oath. Where is the letter coming from? is it from a local CPC or the one Sydney?

If its not an actual reply then you should wait for it since you cant count on auto-reply.
They will forward the request to local office. CIC/local office many not reply but they will log into your file and will reschedule/pause for now till you return.

if they dont reschedule in the next 2 months then (after returning) you can submit the webform with boardingpass etc to inform them that she returned to Canada and request them to schedule oath.

I have a question. Can I submit citizenship application for my 5yr old son as a single application. My application is under process and I couldn't apply earlier as he was not eligible. There are two different option for minor applicant, but I don't see that I can apply for minor until I have been granted citizenship. Is that correct ? Please help and suggest what shall I do.

Kids never have to complete 1095 days if they apply with a parent. Many like me applied for the child without the child completing 1095 days. Only the parent should have stayed for full 1095 days.
So i think you should now wait till yours is done and then apply under https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/application-canadian-citizenship-minors.html.

My app status is in progress since April 23 and only background verification completed.
I got my GCMS notes today and it doesnt have any additional information except that things are in progress.

Is there anything specific that I should be looking at in the notes.

Yes if your application has reached your local office or still in transit or at Registry
