as per the TR to PR condition, they have the right to refuse your file. consider risk before doing thisThank you for your reply….but what if I am not in Canada by the time of approval …will my application be rejected or my file will be on hold ?
Ok , thank you for your guidanceas per the TR to PR condition, they have the right to refuse your file. consider risk before doing this
My opinion is that you don’t specifically need to be in Canada at the time of your approval. It’s just that the next steps of processing differ based on if you’re in or out of the country. My opinion only, don’t bring out the knives guys please.Thank you for your reply….but what if I am not in Canada by the time of approval …will my application be rejected or my file will be on hold ?
it shouldn't. If you're still unable to link it, try opening a new CIC account and linking it there. Might work. Keep us updated gl!!Stream : International Graduate
Applied : 1 pm 6th May
AOR : 11th Sep 9.45 PM
However I am unable to link the application to my cic account.
Does it take some time?
Apologies if someone has answered this already.
I know you would be right too. as per the scenario officers processing files are not fixative about the detail of the condition. but it would become a question of IF... that's huge riskMy opinion is that you don’t specifically need to be in Canada at the time of your approval.
