Mine says;
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
My Lawyer sent this as a status from Online
Review of eligibility
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results
August 12, 2021 You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents
We do not need additional documents.
Interview
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics
We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
Final decision
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
But the Customer Support System states as different in Background check
We have not started your background process :-(

I also called one day they said u passed eligibility but we didn’t star you background yet

Let us know how it went with old meds? I also used old meds, weird things happening with old meds.
Not a single person received the portal email with old meds. I am getting a little anxious.

I used my old medical too (Visit date : 21 Aug 2020), My CEC application initially said Medical passed, Aug 19 2021, but now "You do not need a medical exam" after a ghost update.
My BGC however never changed from "Your application is in progress,xxx"
Pretty weird
Mine never changed from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"
