If you apply for Judiciary Review for first h&C will they start processing second one or will they wait on the results for first one?

they normally put your application on hold until JR is decided. This is how it was for my partner - they did not open HC until his appeal was rejected.

How long it took for his appeal to be rejected?

It was quick - about 4 months - but that was in 2019 before CoVid. When Our previous lawyer proposed again to appeal his 2nd HC rejection at the federal court in 2020, she said Stage 1 would take at least 1 year. We just abandoned it and filed 3rd HC ourselves, no lawyer. AIP came in within a month.

I got my GCMS today, it says:
Eligitibility passed
Criminality passed
Medical passed

Ok because I am abandoning my jurisdiction review. I didn't even contacted back the lawyer from her put it first notion.

The only reason we filed Appeal in 2019 was to defer his deportation order, and it helped. CBsA did not try to deport him until his appeal was decided.
