AINP will evaluate and verify your documents (work letters, IELTS, education documents etc) themselves first. They do contact your employer via email so make sure to remind your work references to keep an eye out for AINP's email. If AINP is satisfied with the verification of your documents, they will/may nominate you for PNP under AINP which you receive as a letter in your EE profile. You'll have 30 days to accept (or reject) the nomination. Once you accept the nomination, 600 points will be added to your CRS score and you'll get an ITA from IRCC in the first all program or PNP draw. The rest is similar; IRCC will send you a document checklist that you'll need to provide. And they'll also do their own verification.

For EE details on eligibility, medicals, info sharing and security, just keep reading these forums. To actually find out what's happening with your application behind the curtains, you need to order GCMS notes: https://www.getgcms.com/blog/gcms-notes-look-like-order/
Thank you so much! Love the support in this community. I hope to get up to speed quick and start contributing more. Cheers!

@ImpatientKangaroo did you get Alberta PNP nomination?
Nah, still waiting. Looks like the verification email AINP sends the referenced employers is basically asking them to rewrite the whole reference letter. I doubt many employers will care to do that lol. I reminded my employers to keep an eye out but we'll see what happens.

Mark should just Hol the predictions. They aren't useful at all.
Answer this one question... Whose predictions are actually good? Everyone are guessing man. No one can say when FSW will resume etc. until IRCC will do some official announcement or until they will take some action.

This sucks... Just be on top of it and chase your employer.

After much hemming and hawing, I finally accepted my NOI today. Waiting to be sent the link to apply.

I am thinking about taking the weekend to dig deep into the PNP and EE process. A lot of terms and acronyms are still unfamiliar to me. Could you guide me to a good resource that digs deep into what happens behind the scenes once you submit an application (Eligibility, Security, Info Sharing, etc.)?
Hey...can u confirm if ur profile is moved out of the ee pool after accepting noi? Is there a possibility to still stay in pool...

I spoke to an RCIC and he said that you are taken out of the PNP pool once you are nominated and accept the nomination. You are still kept in the EE pool, but your profile becomes invisible to the rest of the provinces at that point.

Keep in mind that the nomination stage comes after the NOI stage.

Right..so u can still get an ita if u clear fsw draw while being processed by a pnp noi....

Quick question about employers being contacted, the first company I worked at is no longer in business. How do I prove I worked there? I have my offer letter from them, but couldn't locate the payslips. I wouldn't be too worried about it, but unfortunately my work experience outside of it falls just short of 3 years.

Studied in the UK and somehow ended up in the scorching oven called Bahrain, I regret my decision of leaving the UK every day, but to compensate for it I worked on Canadian immigration, Started from 346 EE points and finally reached 476 after two years of passion driven hard work, appearing for IELTS probably nine times, cuz every times those blood suckers gave me 6.5 for writing.

And here I am after all the striving, hearing that they might cancel FSW applications :( , though I really doubt it. Hopefully its just a matter of time and they will eventually open the doors for FSW.
