I currently reside in US and my canada work permit is approved, will travel to Canada in couple months. Can I raise canada visitor visa for my parents now only (means before entering canada) ? Kindly help

It's not really clear what you're asking.

Your parents can apply for a TRV at any time.

I meant to ask, do I need to be physically there in canada to raise visitor visa ? Because I need to give them invite letter I guess. I am not entered canada yet

You would need to be in Canada before you invite them.

If you want them to apply now, they should apply without an invitation letter.

If you want them to apply with an invitation letter, you will need to wait until after you have moved to Canada.

What’s the rush? It would best for your parents to come and visit you after you’ve established your life in Canada for at least 6months.
