I also received Portal PR confirmation email on Aug 23rd and uploaded photo and other information on the same day. And still waiting. I have a outland depandents. Do you?

Tel us more please , we are on same Time Line ( AR march 2021 inland with outland dépendants ) my self and my dépendants are all vaccine and we all passed second médical in jun 2021 waitting for DM …

Yes, my application has been "DM" as of Aug 19th, but my AOR is quite earlier than yours. It's July 2019... I think you will get your move forward sooner or later. Hang in there a bit more days.

Here is my timeline & details:
As a family, we tried EE from our home country but couldn’t go thru because of son’s medical inadmissability for ASD
August 2018: Whole family of four arrived as tourist! Leap of Faith! (Me-Husband37, wife37, daughter14, son5).
December 2018: Offer of Employment
January 2019: PNP Nomination thru BC PNP Tech Pilot Program being a Computer Engineer
February 2019: Flagpoled at CBSA-Peace Arch to get my WP, wife’s open WP & kids Visitor Record for enrollment (5hours!)
July 2019: Sent Paperbased PR application
November 2020: 2nd Medical as first medical before flagpoling expired
June 2021: Contacted local MP to follow-up with IRCC in our behalf (regularly updated me every 2weeks)
August 26, 2021: Got PR approval via email
August 27, 2021: Got PR Portal Logins

We did not hire an immigration consultant or immigration lawyer. My wife did all the paperworks and was my headhunter too
She just read & read the IRCC & BC.gov websites, and immersed helself in online forums like this.
