Hi,

How can I find my application status? I did my biometric on 9th Aug. Most of my colleagues got their visa approval within 10 days of biometric. My office attorney is not helpful. He said it is in pending. I am concerned as my current US visa is expiring soon.

I did create an account using this. But as my attorney is representing me, I do not see any application under my name.

In that case you need to ask your attorney for status.

Note that the status available online is very limited and high level. It won't give you too much information.
