As I posted here before, I managed to link my application in my GCKEY account without getting AOR on Aug 13, the whole week I was trying to make sense of it, so today I decided to call IRCC and ask them if an AOR was issued and maybe sent to the wrong email address. after speaking to an agent he confirmed that no correspondence was sent to me, then I asked how did I managed to link the application and his answer was that sometimes it happens.
