No every student can get into a top school and education is an industry out to make money. There is some minimal standards to be listed on a DLI but like in every country there is a wide range of postsecondary school standards. Some small towns with schools are essentially dependent on the school as a primary employer.Yes totally! This would infact even reduce the work load from the VO as they then don't need to do a dual role of being a border security and a career councilor both at same time. They would then know all students arriving are from a list of approved DLI who have extremely high standards.
