So did you apply for written authorization to travel at the same time? It would not have been prioritized for processing. You can order GCMS notes and raise a webform.

Since you didn’t complete the application yourself, the agent should have submitted a written authorization form filled out by your family members and it was to be notarized at the time. You can raise a webform but will make no difference as you need (at least until September) written authorization to travel.
