Did anyone try to file applications online being a family without kids? We can still file separately both applications, right?

@rajkamalmohanram Thank you for helping out members of this group. Couple of questions:
1- Do passport pages with visa stamps in languages other than English needs to be notarized?
2- for the physical presence eligibility period, the "from" date is off by one day in the main application. Any clue why this is happening as I'll have to match both application date and physical presence form date.

Thanks

i had got the translation done for two Saudi visas (which had partially the info in English and test in Arabic) and the entry/exit stamps. It not very expensive or time consuming process around 35$ (Translated, notarized, certified) and can be done through emails and duration is one day. You will get the document by email as well.
Thanks to @rajkamalmohanram i got the contact of http://www.docsbase.ca/home

Would you happen to know the answer to my question about eligibility period on the the calculator vs the application. It has a 1 day difference and I'm not sure of that's correct.

It’s a glitch in the application form. I had the same issue
The from date does a +1 . The to date needs to align with the Physical presence date

1. Yes.
2. This is normal and this is how it has been since October 2020 and you can leave it as-is. Just enter the "To" date exactly as shown in your physical presence calculator on the application form. You shouldn't adjust anything.

hey guys. I have a question wanted to know your opinion. I submitted my online application on Feb and got my AOR yesterday (tracker is already updated). Since there was nowhere in the application explicitly asking for passport stamps, I didn't provide it even though everyone submits them anyways. It was just asking for biographical page of passport. Do you guys think now that I got my AOR is it a good idea to submit them through a web form? Please let me know. Thanks.

I was asked to send scanned copy of passport, which I sent on 22nd July. However, I have not received any acknowledgement from IRCC by email since then. Just wondering if I need to re-send the passport.

Did anyone get acknowledgement email (even if it's automated) after sending the scanned copy of passport?

For online application, it is okay if you've submitted just the bio pages. For paper application, submitting all pages of the passport is mandatory.

You might still likely be asked for all pages of your passport at a later time. You only need to provide them if you are asked. However, if you do want to submit all the pages now via webform, make sure you translate any stamps/visas that are not in English or French. You'll have to submit these translations along with the passport pages.

IRCC also asked the same from a colleague of mine (post his test completion). He applied for Citizenship in Feb/Mar 2019 and got test invite in Mar 2021

@rajkamalmohanram Thank you for starting this extremely helpful thread. Has anyone created a similar thread for online applications? If it exists, perhaps the moderator could convert that one into a sticky thread as well.
Sorry if this was already asked before. Didn't mean to spam.

Hello @rajkamalmohanram

Just want to clarify referencing to second point.
This is what I have submitted.

Citizenship Form: From and To Date - 2016-06-18 to 2021-06-18, Application signed (bottom of the form) - 2021-06-19
Physical presence Form: Your eligibility period is 2016-06-19 to 2021-06-18, you will need this for your application form, App Date: 2021-06-19.

Little confusing. Are the above dates correct?

Thanks in advance
