Open work permit Under Public Policy Timelines

hey there!
My PGWP expires the 30 of October, so I applied the 1st July (3 months and 27 days before).
My passport also expires that day so I applied sending a copy of my new passport number and in the explanation letter I wrote about the covid public policy, and about the change of passport.
The day I applied I received the confirmation of submission and the confirmation of transmission of the online application.
Under application status says: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Under the Review of eligibility says: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility.
Ihave not received yet the "first extension" that people got a few days after application.
I know they are taking more time in processing (2 month) but I am worried about not giving that change in status like other people
Someone like me?
I am in Quebec if that makes a difference, and I applied for the PR on December 2020.

Also, I received a mail about a previous comment that you did on my post about being outside of the 4 months. English is not my first language, but when you have to apply within 4 months of you expiration date, that means between application date and expiration date hast to be maximum 4 months, right? so me applying within 3 months and 27 days should be ok.
It is an automated email sent the next day after you submit your application so most probably it might be a system error. Nothing to worry about, just call IRCC and let them know.hey there!

So here is situation.. I'm not sure if you can help but your opinion is welcome.
I got married on 9th of July - my husband is Canadian . I hold PGWP and it will expire on Nov 16th. I am planning to apply for Spousal Pr. waiting for my marriage certificate. Service Ontario is taking their sweet time to register us..(10 weeks they said) so I applied for Work permit under public policy as stated in the eligibility

- have temporary resident status (this could be from having a valid PGWP, visitor record, or another permit that allows you to stay in Canada), or
- lost your temporary resident status, but you’ve already applied to restore it, or
- lost your temporary resident status, but you’ll apply to restore it at the same time as you apply for this open work permit
